DEPOSITS

$20 deposits are required for all appointments.  The remaining amount will be due after your service is completed.  

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No call no shows are NOT accepted, and you will be blocked from booking future services after the first time this is done. 

 

One cancellation without a rebooking will put a flag on your account, and it will be up for question depending upon the reason weather you will be accepted back as a client.

 

Cancellations are accepted with the return of your deposit up to the last hour until your appointment as long as there is clear communication about why you are cancelling and you reschedule your appointment within 24 hours.  

 

For clients who have a cancellation, your deposit will be returned as soon as your appointment is rebooked so long as it doesn't reach that 24 hour time frame.  Any other form of a cancellation or no call no show WILL NOT result in the return of your deposit and WILL result in your being blocked from booking again.

Return Policy

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Any damaged products received in the mail will be eligible for return.  You must provide photo proof of the product and the packaging as soon as you receive it.  Your product will be replaced and returned to you as soon as possible.  Depending on the product, I will reach out to you if more product information is needed from the company in order for a return (for example product numbers or codes).

 

PRODUCTS WITH NEGATIVE EFFECT

All products are carefully hand selected for you and your skin, however there is always chance that you may have a reaction.  You could have an allergy you are unaware of or ingredient aversions, etc.  If I verify with you that a product you are using is causing any negative affects for reasons such as those, I will replace your product and swap it out for something fitting.  If there is a situation where you withheld information from me, used outside products that I advised against, or had a procedure/were on a medicine that you didn't mention, etc, you will not receive a free replacement.  Free replacements come in situations where I deem that it was an innocent situation in which both you and I weren't aware of the road block that caused the negative outcome.
